Role:
Associate Director, Resource Strategy and Planning Lead within Global Communications & Governance, focused on organizational effectiveness through talent optimization, resource management, and process improvement.
- oversee global talent planning, succession, performance reviews, and development programs
- manage consulting vendors, contracts, and budget forecasting
- develop analytics and dashboards for resource utilization
- lead process improvements and cross-functional projects
- partner with HR, Finance, Procurement, and leadership to support GC&G operational excellence
- minimum 7 years in operations, finance, HR, or strategy roles
- proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a global setting
- strong understanding of talent management, budget governance, and vendor management
- excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- proficiency in MS Office and AI tools
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
