Construction Supervisor

Construction Supervisor – Level 4 (11‑month contract, W‑2)

Location:

Project On Site – Las Vegas (Clark County & Nye County). Reports to onsite manager.

• Oversee project buildout to ensure safety and quality standards are being followed.
• Communicate and coordinate with contractors, supervisors, management, and other stakeholders.
• Manage construction schedules.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee quality control/quality assurance to ensure work meets design requirements and standards.
• Prepare project updates and reports per NEET requirements.
• Provide project support as directed by NEET leadership for all construction-related activities.
• Liaison between Contractor & NEET Project Management.
• Environmental oversight.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision.

Base salary range: $55.00/hr to $60.00/hr, based on experience.
