Graduate Quantity Surveyor or Employers Agent – Cambridge

Assist in all aspects of cost management from project definition to completion, including:

• Pre‑
  
  Contract:
  
  cost modelling, cost planning, value and risk analysis, procurement and tender management, contract documentation preparation.
• Post‑
  
  Contract:
  
  site progress meeting attendance, valuations, change control management.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying (or related discipline) with a minimum 2:1.
• Preferably a RICS accredited qualification.

• Effective decision‑making and strong verbal and written communication.
• Proactive and driven approach, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work in a diverse team and support colleagues.
• Good organisational skills and willingness to seek help when necessary.
