One of New England’s leading general contractors is looking to add an experienced Project Executive to its leadership team, overseeing a growing portfolio of high-profile work throughout Massachusetts.

Backed by decades of success, a strong financial position, and a substantial backlog across multiple market sectors, this is an opportunity to step into a true leadership role with an established builder while remaining closely involved with projects, clients, and project teams.

You’ll provide executive oversight across some of the region’s most challenging and high-profile construction projects, including:

• Life Sciences
• Higher Education
• Multifamily & Mixed-Use
• Corporate & Commercial
• Hospitality
• Institutional
• Civil

Projects range from complex occupied renovations to major ground-up developments valued well into the hundreds of millions.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide executive oversight across multiple large and complex projects
• Lead and develop Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers
• Maintain accountability for project financials, schedules, staffing, risk, and overall performance
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, owners, architects, and industry partners
• Partner closely with preconstruction and field leadership from pursuit through project completion
• Support business development, project pursuits, and strategic client relationships
• Identify project risks early and provide leadership to ensure successful delivery
• Help drive operational strategy and continuous improvement across the organization
• Play an active role in developing the next generation of company leadership

What we’re looking for

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience
• Significant experience leading large, complex projects and project teams
• Proven success overseeing multiple projects or a substantial portfolio of work
• Strong financial, operational, and risk-management capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor project management teams
• Strong executive-level client relationship and communication skills
• Experience across healthcare, life sciences, higher education, commercial, multifamily, institutional, hospitality, or similar markets
