As No Label's Harvard Project Manager, you are responsible for coordinating the production and orchestration of all our Harvard events. You will interface with students, professors, staff, and speakers to craft unforgettable events. This role allows you to gain valuable event production experience and gives you the unique opportunity to interact with notable speakers to bring their creative visions to fruition.

It also gives you the opportunity to develop your team leadership skills as you interact with a growing group of speakers and amazing attendees.

• Manage relationships — you will be responsible for maintaining and developing No Label's relationships with Harvard admin. You'll interact with venue managers, the copyright office, and the media relations office at Harvard.

• Manage a team — build and coordinate an internal team of volunteers to plan and execute events.

• Produce events — coordinate with relevant admin, staff, and point people to ensure smooth events from start to finish.

• Engage with speakers — you will be the direct point person for speakers the moment they step on campus, ensuring that they have an enjoyable No Label experience.

• Experience in large-scale event planning and logistics, especially at Harvard.

• Strong relationships with Harvard administrators and student organizations.

• Deep understanding of campus culture and procedures.

• Someone personable, charismatic, intelligent, and willing to put in the effort to craft a unique and inviting space for guests and team members.

• Excitement about learning and teaching new things.

• Experience in team management and supervision.

• Extreme attention to detail and organization skills.

• Deep commitment to social responsibility and mission-driven work.

• Fundamental appreciation for creative communities and authentic storytelling.

• Prior experience with creative industries (music, film, fashion, etc.) is a plus.

• Part-time, 10-15 hrs/week

• Interacting with some of today's most important cultural figures across music, entertainment, academics, and more.

• Having ownership over your own work, taking on large responsibilities, and shaping the vision of an early-stage nonprofit
