Product Designer, Consumer

• Shape the core experience of receiving care across mobile and web surfaces, from education and advice through prescriptions, labs, referrals, and follow-ups
• Set and continually raise visual, interaction, and motion design standards
• Design micro-interactions, transitions, and details that make the experience trustworthy and considered
• Develop an understanding of patient and clinical needs and translate healthcare complexity into simple, intuitive experiences
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on innovative 0→1 experiences
• Move concepts quickly through polished execution
• Build and evolve the product design system and interaction patterns
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams

• 3+ years of consumer-focused product design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating an exceptionally high bar for visual design
• Mastery of interaction design
• Strong point of view on motion, including timing and transitions
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and bringing new features to life from 0→1
• Consumer sensibilities and judgment regarding delight in healthcare
• Effective cross-functional communication skills
• Experience shipping consumer products
• Experience with early-stage startups or high-growth, dynamic environments is ideal
• Familiarity with Claude, Paper, Remotion, and other latest design tools
• AI-native approach and ability to build tools to automate routine work
• Technical fluency sufficient to prototype in code and collaborate deeply with engineers
• Deep care for people and positive health outcomes
