Overview
The Lead Parking Attendant is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of parking facilities, ensuring efficient traffic flow, enforcing parking regulations, and providing excellent customer service. This role includes supervising a team of parking attendants, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring that the parking area is safe, clean, and well‑organized at all times.

Responsibilities- Coordinate the activities of parking attendants during assigned shifts.
- Train new attendants on procedures, customer service, and safety protocols.
- Monitor and manage traffic flow to ensure efficient use of parking spaces.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Enforce parking policies and issue citations or warnings as necessary.
- Operate and troubleshoot parking equipment such as ticket machines, gates, and payment kiosks.
- Prepare daily shift reports and assist in compiling operational data.
- Conduct routine inspections of parking areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Lead by example by demonstrating excellent customer service and adherence to all policies.
- 2+ years of experience in parking services or a related customer service field.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
