Guest Service Supervisor

Global Partners LP, a leader in energy distribution and retail with a robust presence in the Northeastern U.S., is seeking a proactive and charismatic Guest Service Supervisor to enhance our customer service operations at our bustling gas stations. The ideal candidate will oversee all facets of customer engagement, ensuring every patron receives exceptional service that aligns with Global Partners' high standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of service staff ensuring compliance with company policies and high standards of customer service.
• Train and develop team members in delivering superior customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Monitor performance of staff, providing feedback and implementing developmental strategies as required.
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper presentation of the service areas to enhance customer experience.
• Address and resolve customer issues and escalate them when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to update protocols and discuss ways to improve customer service.
• Prepare reports and analyze customer service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
