Dental Front Office Assistant - Long Term Full-Time Temp Needed

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
  • Manage the appointment schedule efficiently, coordinating with dental staff to optimize patient flow.
  • Handle patient inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, providing clear and helpful information.
  • Process patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Maintain patient records with precision, updating information as needed to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate billing and insurance processes, assisting patients with any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Support the dental team by preparing and organizing patient files and documentation for upcoming appointments.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a dental office setting is highly valued.
  • Ability to handle multiple phone lines and manage patient communications efficiently.
  • Proven track record of managing emails and text messages with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Skill in scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized calendar.
  • Experience in processing payments and handling financial transactions securely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to welcome and assist patients warmly.
  • Proficiency in using dental office software and tools is a plus.
Compensation

$24 - $28 hourly
