This early-stage health tech startup is transforming diagnostic testing and treatment for patients suffering from chronic inflammatory diseases. Through cutting-edge diagnostics and compassionate virtual-first treatment delivery, they are creating a patient focused platform to provide clear answers and relief to those navigating complex health issues.
Responsibilities- Own and evolve the company’s brand and digital identity across product, web, and marketing to ensure a consistent, premium brand presence.
- Design conversion-focused marketing assets to support acquisition and growth.
- Lead UI design for the core platform, delivering intuitive and accessible patient experiences.
- Establish a scalable design system that balances speed, consistency, and quality.
- Collaborate with leadership to visually express the company mission and create an emotionally resonant patient brand.
- 5–8+ years of experience in a design role with a strong focus on branding, owning visual identity, and scaling design systems. Ideal candidates come from an impactful, consumer-focused company.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, including typography, color, and high-fidelity execution across product and marketing.
- Proficiency in Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered design tools.
- Experience designing cross-platform design systems.
- Ability to translate complex medical or technical concepts into clear, accessible, and visually compelling experiences.
- Comfort working end-to-end, from rapid concepting to polished execution across both product flows and growth initiatives.
- Passion for healthcare and patient experience is a plus.
