Architectural Project Manager

Somerville Cambridge, MA Full-Time On-Site $90,000 - $130,000 /yr

Qualifications
  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
  • Experience with cultural, residential, educational, or civic is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Sketch Up, and other industry standard design and documentation tools.
  • Demonstrated experience developing construction documents and coordinating with consultants.
  • Solid understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
  • Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and client communication.
  • Strong design sensibility with the ability to contribute to conceptual and technical development.
  • Ability to mentor junior staff and support a collaborative studio environment.
  • Experience overseeing projects from schematic design through construction administration.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinates a project from initial design through construction administration
  • Assumes some project management responsibilities for assigned projects inclusive of client and consultant meetings and communications.
  • Develops project documentation requirements as a result of research, discussions with Project Manager, PIC, Lead Designer and client interviews.
  • Verees the assembly of necessary technical documentation (drawings and specifications), in accordance with our standards, for all project phases
