The Role:

We are looking for a Revit Drafter / Architectural Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our North Andover studio full-time. You will work directly with our design and project management team to develop construction documents, coordinate details, and help bring a variety of project types from concept through construction. This is an in-office role, ideal for someone who wants to be part of a hands‑on studio environment and develop your skills alongside an established team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Revit models and construction documents across all project phases.
  • Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D models, details, and schedules from design intent through construction administration.
  • Collaborate with registered architects, project managers, and consultants to resolve design and coordination issues.
  • Assist with code research, zoning analysis, and permitting documentation as needed.
  • Maintain drawing standards and BIM model integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in site visits and construction observation as projects may require.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience using Revit in an architectural or design office setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of construction documentation and building systems.
  • Familiarity with a variety of project types (multi‑family, commercial, industrial, institutional, and mixed‑use).
  • Strong working knowledge of Revit required.
  • Experience using Sketch Up, Lumion/Twinmotion, Photoshop and Bluebeam/Adobe.
  • Understanding of building codes and construction detailing.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a studio setting.
  • Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field preferred (not required with equivalent experience).
