Job Description & How to Apply Below

We are seeking a Project Manager/Project Architect to join our studio.

We're a small, collaborative design firm working at the intersection of architecture, way finding & signage design, and the user experience. Everything we do starts with user research, and because we're small, the work isn't compartmentalized: everyone designs, draws, and helps shape ideas across every phase of a project—hands-on involvement in high-profile work for clients like Massport/Logan Airport, the New England Aquarium, MIT, and the City of Boston.

Role:

  • Manage Projects:
Manage consultant, client, and contractor communication, as well as client expectations and internal team deliverables; create and maintain detailed project schedules
  • Develop Designs:
Work collaboratively to develop innovative, functional architectural and experiential designs that respond to client needs and comply with applicable codes and regulations; signage and way finding design experience a big plus
  • Revit Modeling & Documentation:
Lead the production of Revit models and drawing sets across all project phases; advanced proficiency in Revit required.
  • Technical Details:
Develop architectural details with a strong understanding of materials and construction; understanding of signage and way finding construction and detailing is a plus.
  • Presentation:
Produce concise, well-crafted presentations and visualizations, and give presentations to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
  • Over 8 years of experience across all project phases
  • Strong design judgment and ability to communicate ideas clearly
  • Revit is central to our workflow. Candidates should have advanced proficiency, including complex modeling, family creation and modification, sheet setup, annotation standards, and coordination with linked consultant models. Experience producing and managing complete construction document sets is required.
  • Advanced experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Bluebeam, Enscape
  • Experience with experiential design, graphics, or signage is a plus
  • Organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a collaborative studio environment
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary, Healthcare, Professional development reimbursement, Hybrid work, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Paid Earned Sick Time
