An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.
Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality optometric care and service to patients.
- Work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist and negotiate terms directly with the Subleasing doctor.
- Utilize advanced digital eye examination technology such as Clarifye and the Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System.
- Manage patient appointments through the automated online appointment book and recall system.
- Maintain professional autonomy and full scope of practice based on professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing doctor.
- Professional autonomy to care for patients.
- Full scope of practice with no company‑imposed restrictions or quotas.
- Flexible scheduling, including part‑time commitments or the option to add work to an existing practice schedule.
- Work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment; many utilize the latest advancement in digital eye examination technology called Clarifye.
- Most offices offer use of the Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System and have full tech and pre‑testing support.
- Automated on‑line appointment book and patient recall system.

CompensationEmployee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
