Psychiatrist

We are seeking a licensed, board-certified (or eligible) psychiatrist for a full‑time position in a community mental health setting, serving adults with severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and schizoaffective disorder. The role offers a flexible schedule (Monday‑Friday, 9:00am‑5:00pm), with an annual salary of $229,000–$235,000, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, medication management, and complex pharmacological treatments with a recovery‑oriented, person‑centered approach.
• Lead development of wellness programs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support community engagement and psychoeducation.
• Supervise and serve as a consultant to team members, promoting integration of services and quality improvement.
• Qualifications include current Massachusetts medical license, DEA certification, expertise in treating serious mental illnesses, and commitment to trauma‑informed care.
