About the Position
Job Description
A PACE program in Cambridge, Massachusetts is seeking Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants for a locum assignment from May 2026 through November 2026 . This role focuses on providing comprehensive primary care to a complex geriatric and disabled adult population in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No call required
Smaller, high-complexity patient panels (approx. 70 patients per panel if assigned)
Care settings may include clinic visits, home visits, nursing home coverage, and phone/in-basket management
Participation in interdisciplinary team meetings
EMR:
Epic
Requirements
✅ Requirements
Physicians: MD, Board Certified
Active Massachusetts license required
Flu vaccination required (no exceptions)
Current/most recent direct supervisor reference required
Telehealth experience not required
