Requirements CHA Pace Center - Cambridge, MA SPECIALTY:
Family Medicine/Internal Medicine/Geriatrics FM/IM/Geriatrics Locum Needed - Physicians, NPs, and PAs accepted ACTIVE MA LICENSE REQUIRED FLU VACCINATION REQUIRED - NO EXCEPTIONS/WAIVERS NOT ACCEPTED MUST HAVE CURRENT/MOST RECENT DIRECT SUPERVISOR REFERENCE PACE is a capitated program serving a complex disabled and/or older adult population. Patients are highly complex. As a result, "volumes"/cases are smaller. Depending on the skillset of the provider, PACE will assign to cover onsite phone/in basket coverage, nursing home coverage, or assign a typical patient panel (about 70 patients) and the provider would cover the panel including home/clinic appointments, interdisciplinary team collaboration, etc.

Nov 30 2026 Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM No call required CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive primary care to PACE participants Manage chronic and acute medical conditions Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings Coordinate care with nursing, social work, and therapy staff Document care in the electronic medical record PATIENT VOLUME:
Smaller patient panels due to high patient complexity May include clinic visits, home visits, nursing home coverage, or phone/in basket coverage SUPPORT STAFF APP and Physician coverage:
