Qualifications
- A master’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Social Work (MSW), Education (MAEDU)
- Ability to understand and communicate the importance of field visits as part of the postgraduate programme to students and other stakeholders
- Experience in networking and building long-term relationships with diverse schools including private, aided, government etc
- Understandingofschool cultures and, protocols
- Two to three years of experience in networking with organisations and people
- Proficiency in both reading and writing in Hindi and English and excellent management capabilities
- Willingness to travel frequently
