Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience in career services, coaching, or corporate recruiting; skilled in advising, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement; solid presenter-comfortable with in-person and virtual formats; proven ability to manage projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines; and collaborative, impact-driven team player passionate about student success and career development. PREFERRED:
Master's degree (MBA or similar graduate degree); a minimum of three years' experience working in career services; and knowledge of post-MBA career paths (consulting, finance, tech, etc.).
