The Gardner School of Cambridge is an academically focused preschool for ages 6 weeks to 5 years. We provide extensive training, orientation, and continuing education programs to support our teachers.

Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; or Associate’s degree with at least 9 months of experience; or High School diploma with EEC-approved courses and 36 months of experience.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  • Minimum 2 years of early childhood education experience, with lead or co‑lead experience preferred.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; regular and reliable attendance.
  • Intermediate PC skills and proficiency with general administrative tasks.
  • Physical ability to stand, sit on the floor, bend, and lift up to approximately 60 lbs.
  • Ability to fulfill cognitive and interpersonal aspects of classroom leadership, including speaking, hearing, reading, writing, focusing attention, and building relationships.
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
