The Gardner School of Cambridge is an academically focused preschool for ages 6 weeks to 5 years. We provide extensive training, orientation, and continuing education programs to support our teachers.
Responsibilities- Lead and inspire your classroom with creativity, care, and excellence.

- Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that spark curiosity.

- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; or Associate’s degree with at least 9 months of experience; or High School diploma with EEC-approved courses and 36 months of experience. - Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Minimum 2 years of early childhood education experience, with lead or co‑lead experience preferred.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; regular and reliable attendance.
- Intermediate PC skills and proficiency with general administrative tasks.
- Physical ability to stand, sit on the floor, bend, and lift up to approximately 60 lbs.
- Ability to fulfill cognitive and interpersonal aspects of classroom leadership, including speaking, hearing, reading, writing, focusing attention, and building relationships.
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
