Job Description:
As a School Paraprofessional, you will work closely with teachers and other educational professionals to support the academic and emotional needs of students. Your role will involve assisting with classroom instruction, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to create a positive and productive learning environment.
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and instructional activities.
- Provide individual or small group support to students as directed by the teacher.
- Help with classroom management and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Support students with special needs, including those with physical, emotional, or learning disabilities.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as grading, preparing materials, and organizing classroom resources.
- municate effectively with students, parents, and staff to address and resolve any issues or concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional college coursework or relevant certifications preferred.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

- Ability to follow instructions, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
