Eligibility- Student enrollment in an undergraduate degree program at a U.S.–accredited institution.
- Eligible applications from U.S. and non‑U.S. nationals.
- Completion of at least two academic semesters of the degree program.
- Not completing the degree in the 2026‑27 academic year.
- Excellent academic record.
- Demonstrated interest in leadership and public service.
- Eligibility for the Federal Pell Grant.
- Transportation costs
- Accommodation during conference dates
- Meals
- Participation in workshops and other activities
