Grade 8 AMP’d Math Facilitator

Responsibilities

• Ensure each student is making progress through an online learning platform.
• Provide appointment hours for student check‑ins.
• Maintain open communication with students and families as they progress through their learning.
• Provide ongoing feedback and encouragement for students throughout sessions.
• Manage a Google Classroom for your students.
• Review student thinking and overall comprehension to provide specific feedback.

• Experience and confidence in teaching mathematics.
• Experience teaching middle school mathematics.
• Completion of or currently working toward a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university.
• Experience dealing with diverse student populations and familiarity working in an urban setting preferred.

Contract amount not to exceed $6,000.00.

Note:

Employees who are non‑exempt and work more than 40 hours per week will be paid time and a half for any hours worked over 40.
