Location: Cambridgeshire (including Cambridge, Peterborough, Huntingdon, and surrounding areas)
Hours: Flexible – During School Hours
Pay: Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract Type: Part-Time / Flexible
About the RoleWe are currently recruiting experienced and passionate 1:1 Tutors to support primary and secondary-aged pupils across Cambridgeshire.
Working in partnership with local schools and education providers, tuition sessions will be delivered on a one-to-one basis in a variety of settings, including:
- Pupils' homes
- School settings
- Local libraries

Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and tailored 1:1 tuition sessions.
- Support pupils in core subjects, including English, Maths, and Science where appropriate.
- Adapt lessons and resources to meet individual learning needs.
- Monitor and record pupil progress, providing regular feedback.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents/carers, schools, and other professionals.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and professional practice.
- A minimum of 2 years' teaching experience within UK.
- Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
- Experience teaching primary and/or secondary-aged pupils.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Access to reliable transport and willingness to travel across Cambridgeshire.
- Previous tutoring experience.
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, EHCPs, or those in alternative provision.
- Ability to teach across multiple key stages and subjects.
- Experience working with pupils who may be disengaged from mainstream education.
