The Associate Director, Field Learning & Development reports to the Director of Field Learning & Development for General Medicines & Specialty Care and will serve as a full‑time training subject matter expert for Specialty Care Products with primary responsibility for Amlitelimab.
Key responsibilities include developing all training materials before launch, creating training plans for the commercial team, delivering post‑launch training, and sustaining the new hire training program. The Associate Director will collaborate with stakeholders to design adult‑learning–centered solutions that cover disease‑state knowledge, product knowledge, selling skills, brand objectives, and marketing strategies for Amlitelimab. • Support sales and marketing stakeholders by developing training tools, workshops, presentations, and content for new indications, product launches, sales meetings, and POA meetings.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership teams to measure and monitor the impact of training on the business and make data‑informed recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop Scopes of Work (SOW) for new and existing projects with Sanofi HUB, L&D partners, or outside vendors; manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Lead the Certified Field Training Program / Field Marketing Trainer Program as an extension of Sales Training and a developmental opportunity for field representatives.
  • Develop and facilitate all new‑hire sales and product training, ongoing sales training, skill‑building sessions, and any additional training needed to address gaps identified by field sales leaders.
  • Travel as required for live training events, POA meetings, field rides, FL&D meetings, and national/regional sales meetings.
