Personal Trainer - Cambridge
Salary Range: $70-90/hr
Job Summary- Small group programming in corporate fitness center
- Weekly commitment of 1 hour / week with add'l opportunity to be considered for sub coverage
- Generate an all encompassing full body 45 minute class template
- Lead small group fitness classes of up to 8 individuals
- Ability to independently progress / regress an exercises to cater to needs of individual class participants
- Evaluates individuals' abilities, needs, and physical conditions, and develops suitable training programs to meet any special needs.
- Observes and informs individuals of corrective measures necessary for skill improvement.
- Monitors individuals' progress and adapts training programs as needed.
- Teaches and demonstrates use of training and exercise equipment.

Job QualificationsEducation: Associate's degree or training in a vocational school
Experience: Certified personal trainer with 0-2 years of related experience
