Program Manager
Right At School provides local school districts with before‑and‑after‑school extended day programs, focusing on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students.
Program Manager Pay Rate: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on education and experience)

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM

You’ll Drive The Mission By- Ensuring safety and joy standards through clear communication of roles, maintaining site documents and licensing, and outlining attendance protocols and safety procedures.
- Consistently supporting and reporting on safety protocols to protect all participants.
- Engaging families, partners, peers, and children with timely communication and collaboration with the Area Manager to achieve program goals.
- Maintaining accurate student check‑in/out records and ensuring “name to face” attendance procedures follow company policy.
- Implementing daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum while providing a safe and engaging environment.
- Experience working with competing priorities and delivering quality service to stakeholders.
- Experience with children and an understanding of special needs.
- Coursework or training in child development or a related field.
- Strong oral, written, and visual communication skills with adults and children.
- Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
- Familiarity with Google technology or willingness to learn.
- Minimum age: 20 years.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Cleared tuberculosis test.
- Academic qualification:
Bachelor’s or higher in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Human Services, Nursing, Psychology, Physical Education, or related fields. 6 months experience with Special Needs students is required; alternatively, an Associate’s degree with 9 months experience, or high school diploma with one year of experience.
