Overview
Early Childhood Instructional Coach at Bright Horizons Technology Children's Center at Lincoln Laboratories in Lexington, MA. Lead and support teachers with resources, professional development, and mentorship to promote high-quality early education aligned with our philosophy and anti-bias education.
Responsibilities- Lead a team in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and ensure alignment with our philosophy and anti-bias education.
- Serve as a curriculum expert and use educational quality tools to assess and enhance program implementation.
- Partner and communicate effectively with families, while mentoring new teachers and serving as a role model for the teaching team.
- CDA with an educational plan to complete an associate degree is required.
- Associate or higher degree in early childhood education or child development-related field is preferred.
- At least three years of professional experience teaching in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool settings is required.
- Experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center is preferred.

Physical RequirementsThis is a leadership role that requires in-person work in an early education/preschool child care center to provide center supervision, curriculum delivery, business management, and customer and client services per Bright Horizons policies and applicable laws and regulations, ensuring child safety.
The role includes a mix of office/computer/phone-based work, in-person supervision of care delivery and employees, family interactions, and occasional coverage as a supervising caregiver for brief periods as needed.

CompensationThe hourly rate for this position ranges from $57,500 to $71,900 annually. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, geography, and other factors.
