Associate Provost of Mental Health and Wellbeing

Lesley University seeks an Associate Provost of Mental Health and Wellbeing to provide strategic leadership for a comprehensive, equity-centered wellbeing vision across campus. Reporting to senior leadership, this executive role oversees the development, coordination, and assessment of mental health, prevention, and wellness initiatives that support students, faculty, and staff. The Associate Provost partners closely with academic, counseling, and student affairs units to align services with Lesley's mission of social justice, creativity, and student-centered learning, ensuring an inclusive, data-informed, and innovative approach to campus wellbeing.
