The Department of Human Service Programs (DHSP) in Cambridge seeks a Group Leader to supervise a cohort of youths aged 9-13, guiding activities, behavior management, and program design in alignment with Cambridge Youth Program values.
You will partner with the Program Director and Youth Center Director to plan age-appropriate activities, support staff, and ensure a safe, engaging environment; regular meetings and positive role modeling are required.
