Service Opportunity:
Cambridge Public School is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Improv Club Instructor at CRLS to guide and inspire students in the art of improvisational theater. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in improv, a passion for performance, and a dedication to nurturing student creativity and confidence.
Responsibilities- Develop and lead weekly improv sessions for students.
- Teach fundamental improv techniques, including spontaneity, collaboration, and quick thinking.
- Create a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel comfortable taking creative risks.
- Plan and organize improv performances and showcases for school events.
- Encourage teamwork, active listening, and effective communication among students.
- Foster an appreciation for improv as a valuable life skill and art form.
- Collaborate with other arts instructors to integrate improv into broader school programs.
