School-Based Physical Therapist - Cambridge, MA

Qualifications &
Experience:
- Active license or certification to practice in Massachusetts
- School-based experience is essential
- Previous experience working with preschool and/or elementary-aged students preferred
- CREDENTIALED candidates given strong consideration
- Must be able to fulfill all background check requirements, including CORI and fingerprinting
- Comfortable working full time, onsite in a dynamic and supportive school environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and support services to preschool and some elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff
- Monitor progress and adapt interventions as needed to enable student success
- Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, IEP processes, and ongoing professional development
