Electrical Component Engineer -FTS

Location: Cambridge, MA

Salary: $70.00 USD Hourly – $75.00 USD Hourly

Description: One of our clients in the R&D space supporting aerospace and defense is looking for an Electrical Component Engineer.

6 month contract with possibility for extensions
Fully Remote (EST hours)

This position focuses on:

• EEE parts engineering for high-reliability aerospace systems
• Component selection, qualification, screening, and failure analysis
• Working with MIL, AEC, JEDEC, and space-grade standards
• Supporting design, reliability, manufacturing, and supplier teams
• Evaluating microelectronics, semiconductors, hybrids, passives, and related components

They’re looking for someone with experience in:

• MIL-STD / MIL-PRF component standards
• Physics of failure & component-level FA
• Semiconductor / microelectronics packaging
• Aerospace, defense, or space-grade hardware environments
