Co-op Position – Technology Group – Cambridge, MA

Acentech has a Summer co-op opening in our Technology group, which consists of Audiovisual, Telecommunications, and Security system consultants. If you are interested in working on a wide range of projects in an open and friendly environment, Acentech may be a fit for you! We consult with creative and passionate clients — including architects, end-users, and owners – on a variety of exciting projects such as concert halls, academic labs, and healthcare facilities.

Here you'll be able to contribute to exciting and culturally significant projects, delivering quality work that has a posting and long-lasting impact on the communities these projects serve.

As part of the Technology group, you’ll have the opportunity for hands‑on experience with the full range of our projects, building skills in system design and documentation. While here you will gain experience in numerous ways: developing contract documents throughout all phases of the project's lifespan (from conceptual design to build‑out), performing field measurements, and assisting with internal office tasks. Applicants must have a solid working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.

Experience working with and understanding architectural and electrical drawing sets is ideal but not required. You will work with and be supervised by senior members of our Technology consulting group.
