Nanobiosym is seeking strong candidates to work in a dynamic team environment of physicists, engineers, and other multidisciplinary scientists. The job responsibility will primarily include developing, designing, troubleshooting manufacturing SOPs, and microfluidics-based systems.

• Must have BSME, MSME preferred. Plastics engineering degree considered.
• Plastics knowledge with engineering-grade resins a must.
• More than 10 years' experience.
• Must have medical device experience, disposables preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as plastic injection molding, ultrasonic welding, etc.
• Familiar with ISO
  13485 and 14971.
• Must have experience with process capability and SPC.
• Must be willing to be hands-on and wear multiple hats.
• Be ready to participate in quality systems, engineering, manufacturing, regulatory activities, etc.
• Individual would be a motivated, self-starter who handles multiple projects at the same time.
• Willing to work and thrive in a security-conscious environment.
• Must self-manage projects and documentation.
• Proficiency in injection molding techniques and associated maintenance of molds and machinery.
• Proficiency in use of CAD software, Solid Works, and other design and simulation software.
• Experience in troubleshooting and programming systems, data collection, and SOPs.
