This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative projects in the design, development, and testing of advanced RF systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage complex engineering projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Conduct detailed analysis and modeling of sophisticated RF systems.
- Independently address complex problems by developing requirements and proposing strategic solutions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering advanced analytical modeling and insight.
- Provide recommendations for design modifications based on analytical results across various technical disciplines.
- Identify program/system-level technical risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Lead a team of multidisciplinary engineers, fostering collaboration across different engineering domains.
- Exceptional prototyping skills with a hands-on approach to system development and performance optimization.
- Comprehensive understanding of RF Systems, including antenna, propagation channels, and digital baseband processing.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in Radio Frequency or Communications Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A current in-scope Secret security clearance is required, with a Top Secret clearance preferred.
