Design concepts, detail design, and drawings. Prototype assembly, verification, and testing. Conduct design reviews with the core team and documentation. DFM, DFA, DFMEA, and PFMEA review and update coordination with Moldflow analysis and FEA team. Coordination with hardware team coordination with tooling vendors for quotes, prototype development, and production parts. Design support tooling and communications. Procure samples for verification test. Coordination with cross-functional teams marketing, manufacturing, testing, development, quality, risk management, regulatory, and service for change implementation.

Support molding validation protocols IQ, OQ, and PQ review and finalize. Design verification, testing, and validation of product for the design requirements. Documentation for change release and project management. Regular discussions with the customer about project progress, risks, and updates. Provide Mentor Graphics schematic and PCB layout tool support design layout verification against industry standard rules.
