About This Role
As a skilled technician, you will support and assist with electrical engineering activities, contributing to the development and analysis of products, materials, processes, or equipment. Your work often involves specialized equipment in a laboratory or bench environment.

Responsibilities- Assist engineers in constructing prototype products and test fixtures from concepts.
- Perform PCA and cable building.
- Work from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions.
- Troubleshoot and rework existing electronic equipment, prototypes, and systems.
- Adhere to J-STD-001 for soldering and inspection of electrical re‑work.
- Hold soldering certification to IPC 610 or be willing to obtain necessary certifications.
- Schedule, organize, and document equipment calibration in an electronic database (BMRAM).
- Organize, coordinate, and execute testing of prototypes with engineering guidance, developing or revising test methods as required.
- Prepare reports and documentation to communicate results and recommendations.
- Coordinate procurement and qualification of new or modified test and process equipment.
- Assist project teams in obtaining necessary materials, services, and test data from internal or external resources.
- Train on the technical aspects of the job, including interpreting and rationalizing results (e.g., statistics, DOE).
- Support engineering with the evaluation of new technologies within functional areas.
Required qualifications:
2–4 years of experience, a high school diploma and/or equivalent experience, training, or apprenticeships.
