I am hiring on behalf of a well-funded robotics company that's tackling a real-world automation problem with a product that's never been built before. Their team is developing a highly complex robotic system that combines precision mechanics, advanced actuation and intelligent automation to transform a long-standing industrial process.

I'm looking for an engineer who has designed machines that move.

• Experience designing custom electro-mechanical systems from concept through production
  .
• Strong background working with actuators, motors and mechanical motion systems
  .
• Experience designing complex automated machinery or robotic platforms with multiple moving mechanisms.
• Hands-on prototype build, testing and troubleshooting experience
  .
• Solid Works, Onshape, FEA and GD&T experience.
• Collaborating closely with electrical, controls and software engineers.

You’ll be designing critical subsystems across a sophisticated robotic platform, including actuator‑driven mechanisms, structural assemblies and interfaces that interact with a highly dynamic motion system. You’ll spend as much time solving real engineering problems on the hardware as you will designing them in CAD.
