• Design concepts, detail design, and drawings.
• Prototype assembly, verification, and testing.
• Conduct design reviews with the core team and documentation.
• DFM, DFA, DFMEA, and PFMEA review and update.
• Coordination with Moldflow analysis and FEA team.
• Coordination with hardware team.
• Coordination with tooling vendors for quotes, prototype development, and production parts.
• Design support tooling and communications.
• Procure samples for verification test.
• Coordination with cross-functional teams marketing, manufacturing, testing, development, quality, risk management, regulatory, and service for change implementation.
• Support molding validation protocols IQ, OQ, and PQ review and finalize.
• Design verification, testing, and validation of product for the design requirements.
• Documentation for change release and project management.
• Regular discussions with the customer about project progress, risks, and updates.
• Provide Mentor Graphics schematic and PCB layout tool support.
• Design layout verification against industry standard rules.
