Salary: $60,000 - $62,000 / year

Working as a Meeting & Hospitality Planner, you are responsible for Guest Services for a Conference Center. You will manage a team of coordinators and receptionists and ensure that guests' needs are met with a high level of customer service.

• Fulfill reservation requests using Reserve (Room Reservation System).
• Handle service inquiries for already booked conference rooms.
• Be aware of event schedule and building activity.
• Assist in preparing pre and post planning meeting files (estimates, diagrams, etc.).
• Conduct planning meetings in the absence of Event Coordinator.
• Coordinate orders for additional/outsourced services.
• Act as a liaison for event needs with vendors and other site entities.
• Enforce policies and procedures related to reservations.
• Attend mandatory meetings, trainings, events, and complete in-service curriculum requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Assist the Event Planner with day‑to‑day activities and responsibilities as needed. Oversee the day‑to‑day operation.
• Cross‑train with staff.

• Event planning experience required.
