The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) is hiring an Assistant Real Estate Controller to oversee the accounting and financial operations for a large real estate portfolio. Responsibilities include leading financial reviews, supporting valuation processes, and managing budget evaluations. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least six years of experience in real estate accounting, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred experience with Yardi or Real Page and CPA status is a plus.
