Overview
We are a cutting–edge technology company in Cambridge and Krakow, Poland. Our global tax team manages global direct and indirect tax activities, tax planning, forecasting, and the tax impacts of new transactions and acquisitions.
Responsibilities- Prepare or support the quarterly and annual US income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740, including current and deferred tax calculations, valuation allowance assessments, and uncertain tax position analysis.
- Assist with the preparation of tax‑related disclosures for SEC filings (Forms 10‑Q and 10‑K).
- Support federal income tax compliance, including the preparation of federal income tax returns and related work papers.
- Partner with accounting, FP&A, and Treasury to ensure accurate and complete data inputs.
- Contribute to special projects, process improvements, tax planning initiatives, and modeling.
- Leverage tools such as Alteryx and AI‑based solutions (e.g., Gemini) to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Four years of relevant corporate income tax experience, preferably from public accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all deliverables.
- Excellent Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and related functions.
- Strong communication skills with team members and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills, managing priorities and multiple tasks.
- Willingness to continuously learn and grow technical tax knowledge.
For US‑based candidates, the base salary range is $105,400 – $189,600 per year. Compensation is determined by experience, skills, certifications, and location. Additional compensation may include annual bonuses, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
