About The JobAs Associate Director, Forecasting Dermatology New Indications within our I&A team, you will lead commercial forecasting activities for Dupixent’s US Dermatology portfolio as part of the Sanofi US Specialty Care Business Operations organization. In this role you will partner with the US Dupixent Commercial team to develop short‑ and long‑range sales forecasts for current and future Dermatology indications, and provide strategic insights on potential threats and opportunities.
This position is based in Cambridge, MA and reports to the Director, Forecasting US Dupixent.

Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with US Dupixent Dermatology team and cross‑functional partners to develop, document, and communicate accurate long‑term patient/volume/revenue forecasts for annual Strategic Planning & Budget cycles.
- Collaborate with US Dupixent Finance and other US Specialty Care forecasters to promote harmonization across therapeutic areas during forecast cycle planning.
- Support model enhancements so forecasts for in‑line and launch products reflect the strategic direction of each brand (e.g., segmentation, patient flow).
- Partner with Market Research to plan & design studies that provide key forecast inputs (e.g., demand study, conjoint exercises).
- Work with Market Access to incorporate the latest access assumptions, conduct payer mix analyses, and calculate government program obligatory rebates.
- When necessary, use resources such as analogue analyses & external forecasts (e.g., syndicated/analyst reports) to pressure‑test assumptions.
- Develop forecast scenarios to quantify potential risks & opportunities.
- Contribute to US Dupixent leadership reviews by explaining key Dermatology forecast assumptions & outputs, from epidemiology through ex‑factory volumes.
- Partner with US SPC Finance team to develop & deliver forecast review presentations for US Dupixent Commercial, SPC NA, & SPC Global leadership.
- Work with Global Dupixent forecasting to ensure that US deliverables align with Global guidance and properly integrate with the Global forecast aggregation process.
- Provide monthly updates to US Dupixent leadership on performance and near‑term forecast outlook, integrating latest actuals, analytics, Market Research, CI, etc.
- In partnership with Analytics & Finance colleagues, provide key end‑of‑month closing deliverables (e.g., price/volume & demand/inventory analyses).
- Collaborate with Commercial & Finance leadership to revise near‑term forecast, accounting for latest actuals & emerging market opportunities/threats.
- Conduct ad‑hoc meetings with US Dupixent Dermatology brand leads to review key updates, monitor areas of focus, and proactively provide data‑driven insights.
- Work with Finance and Demand Planning to ensure the most appropriate forecast (by SKU) is delivered for monthly supply chain planning activities.
- When necessary, attend S&OP meetings to speak to forecast variances or events (e.g., launches, new indications, new devices).
- Design, conduct, and communicate ad‑hoc analyses that leverage forecast models to answer key business questions, e.g., co‑promotion potential or ROI analysis.
- When necessary, collaborate with US Dupixent Marketing, Sales, Patient Support Services and Finance teams to assess the value of proposed initiatives.
- Deliver and present analyses to US Dupixent / Sanofi SPC leadership, including break‑even analyses or assessments of return‑on‑investment.
- Collaborate with Data Management, Analytics, and external data providers to conduct periodic reviews of key model inputs to ensure forecast accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of direct forecasting experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry. Candidates with an advanced degree (MS, MBA, or PhD) and a minimum of 3‑4 years of direct forecasting experience are also considered.
