Associate Director, Employer Relations & Recruiting; Financial Services

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, EMPLOYER RELATIONS AND RECRUITING (FINANCIAL SERVICES)

Will proactively contribute to and develop strategies to build on and expand existing company relationships with financial services firms across all subsectors, enhancing relevant recruiting resources for each student population; manage the delivery of high-caliber recruiting processes and work closely with financial services employer representatives to advise on recruitment strategy in the context of MIT Sloan's recruiting policies and procedures; and manage the logistics of their on-campus and virtual recruiting plans.

Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of careers services experience.

Preferred: Master's degree in a related field; professional work experience, including experience in a client or customer-facing role working in either a university or a corporation in a related function; financial services industry background; and knowledge of top companies in financial services subsectors, including Diversified Financial Services, Asset Management, Investment Banking/Brokerage, Investment Management, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Real Estate.
