Publicly-traded biotech company in the Cambridge area is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to add to their team. This role will own budgeting, long-range planning, modeling, and reporting functions supporting various areas of the business. We are targeting candidates with 7+ years of FP&A experience; biotech/pharma is highly preferred but not required.
Responsibilities- Manage the budgeting and long-range planning process
- Create financial models and present to senior leadership
- Partner closely with various areas of business operations
- Play a key role in systems optimization and process automation
- Other ad hoc projects working alongside the Head of Finance and other department heads
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of FP&A experience
- Biotech/Pharma is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and attention to detail
