We're looking for an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join a major, high-profile programme delivering large-scale infrastructure investment within a highly regulated environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for commercially minded finance professionals who thrive on partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions, and driving financial performance across complex programmes worth hundreds of millions to billions of pounds.

The Role:

• Acting as a trusted Finance Partner to senior leaders and programme directors
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, planning and financial performance activities
• Providing robust financial insight to support strategic decision-making
• Challenging and influencing stakeholders to drive value and improve outcomes
• Supporting investment decisions, business cases and financial appraisals
• Working closely with project and programme teams within a large-scale delivery environment
• Building strong relationships across finance, operations and project controls functions

Requirements:

• Significant Finance Business Partnering experience within complex organisations
• Public sector, defence, nuclear or other highly regulated industry experience
• Proven ability to engage, influence and challenge senior stakeholders and directors
• Strong track record of leading budgeting, planning and forecasting processes
• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure projects or major programmes (£multi-million/billion portfolios)
• Excellent communication, commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
