Job Overview

Wealth Client Relationship Manager – Wealth Management. Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deepen client relationships, grow advisor practice, and deliver financial solutions that ignite clients’ aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide client service and support to high‑net‑worth clients under moderate supervision.
  • Operationally lead Wealth Management advisory teams to help clients achieve financial goals.
  • Manage a book of assigned clients, support implementation of financial plan recommendations, and coordinate asset consolidation.
  • Communicate clearly and succinctly using interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
  • Manage time and resources efficiently to deliver compounding value and excellence to clients.
  • Build meaningful, long‑lasting relationships while supporting advisors to implement TIAA advice and planning solutions.
Qualifications

• Minimum 2years of financial services experience (3years preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of investment solutions recommended by advisors and a strong understanding of the importance of financial planning.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to find solutions in an environment of empowerment and accountability.
• Thrives on delivering high‑quality client service and continuous improvement.

Licenses & Registrations

All required licenses and registrations must be obtained within 120days of the start date.

  • FINRA registrations:
    Series7, Series
    63, Series
    65, Series
    66.
  • Life and Health Insurance license (Resident State – multiple issuers).
  • Physical requirements:

    Sedentary work.
Education & Experience

• University degree preferred.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $62,500/yr – $87,500/yr (actual base salary may vary based on experience, performance, business sector, and location). Salary may include participation in incentive programs linked to performance.
