The Accounts Payable Assistant is responsible for the review and processing of invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Responsible for day‑to‑day financial transactions including invoice and expense processing, data reconciliations, and various other transactional issues.
Job Description Duties/Responsibilities- Process invoices and expenses for payment
- Respond to vendor payment inquiries
- Research account discrepancies
- Assist accounting team with annual audit preparation
- Maintains knowledge of industry trends relative to the A/P function
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical skills required
- Accurate with high volume data entry
- Ability to analyze and process Excel spreadsheets
- Attention to detail
High School Diploma or Equivalent required or Associate's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Experience1 – 3 years experience in accounts payable or related role.

SalaryUS base salary range for this full‑time position is $24.00 – $40.80 per hour. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement's approved rates by location and role.
