Job title: Finance Director – Global Immunology
Location: Cambridge, MA / Morristown, NJ

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as finance voice of the Global Franchise, interact with New Product Planning, Business Development, R&D (Portfolio Review, Integrated P&Ls), Countries, Industrial Affairs and Supply Chain, supporting the Head of the Franchise and the Immunology Leadership team on strategy plans, business cases, performance reviews, quarterly landings.
  • Responsible for the Franchise Global Controlling & Reporting Process including P&L, Headcount and Investments and Resource Allocation during the monthly closing, investor relations, rolling forecast, budget and strategic planning processes.
  • Collaborate with the CoE to improve ways of working and foster efficiencies.
  • Launch Excellence Finance Support for all new assets: provide financial expertise and support on launch preparation, governance, and launch execution monitoring to maximize asset value.
  • Analyze financial performance by regions & indications to support resources allocation decisions.
  • Work closely with Market Access & Pricing, Forecasting and Competitive Intelligence teams to understand external environment evolution and corresponding financial impacts.
  • Lead the Global Strategic Planning Process for the Therapeutic Area, including key investments (External Partners, Infrastructure, Commercial Operations, R&D/IA Interface) and lead interaction with the Sanofi Group Strategy, the PFR team, and Finance Leadership Team.
  • Monitor forecast/ performance versus external consensus and support Investor Relations team to prepare key highlights for quarterly earnings calls and investor events.
  • Prepare and present strategic investment projects & analysis required by Sanofi Group and the Sanofi Leadership team, serving as the finance representative for TA strategic projects.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or closely related field.
  • Master’s degree in finance, the sciences or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years professional business experience within finance, accounting or closely related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in business partnering to commercial teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of BOOST TM1 and Think Cell preferred.
  • Strategic agility with big‑picture orientation and intellectual curiosity.
  • Strong communication skills (presentations, listening, written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, business partnering, and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence senior level stakeholders, project operational level, and externally with key partners.
  • Ability to work transversally within a highly matrixed environment.
  • Global or international experience and ability to work with a diverse team preferred.
